Warranty/Return Policy

1. Products purchased from www.Shop-RICS.com are warranted against defects. Defective hardware may be exchanged for an identical product within 30 days of purchase. If a replacement is not available, RICS Software will refund the purchase price. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from date of purchase
2. Returns of all non-defective items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
3. All returns must be authorized by customer service. No shipping charges will be reimbursed.
4. To receive full credit all products must 1) be returned in their original packaging, 2) include all manuals, cables, warranty cards, media, etc., 3) be clean, without scratches and resealed in a factory fresh condition. All products must be returned double boxed. If a product shows signs that the entire product and packaging was removed from its original box, a refund may be denied resulting in shipment of the product back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
5. In our experience, many problems can be resolved with the assistance and technical expertise of the manufacturer.
6. Manufacturer's warranties apply from the date of purchase. For assistance, please contact the warranty provider. Terms of warranty may vary.
7. RICS Software does not accept returns on special order products. These are products which are not listed on the site for purchase.
8. RICS Software does not accept returns on media. (Labels, receipt paper, ribbons, printheads, etc)

Price/Web Site Accuracy
We make a best effort to keep the information on our site accurate. Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event a price is found to be incorrect, or a product is not accurately depicted (features, etc.) we will contact the customer to inform them of this.


Limitation of Liability
RICS Software shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if RICS Software has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.


Typographical Errors
In the event that a RICS Software product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, RICS Software reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. RICS Software reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, RICS Software shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by RICS Software without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Miscellaneous
Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of California, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of RICS Software products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of RICS Software products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. RICS Software's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Use of Site
